It is essential when growing with a hydroponic solution to KNOW what the strength of the solution is before feeding your plants AND while they are growing. This is easy if you use the Bluelab Truncheon! To take a reading of your solution - simply place the probe head into the solution for 1-2 minutes to reach the same temperature of your nutrient. Remove from the solution and place back in to take the reading as indicated by the flashing lights. Rinse the probe after use in fresh water and clean once a week to ensure the Truncheon Nutrient Meter remains accurate.

The Bluelab Commercial Truncheon® Nutrient Meter measures the strength of a nutrient solution- just like the Bluelab Truncheon® Nutrient Meter. The Commercial Truncheon Nutrient Meter has been designed for hydroponic crops that require a higher than normal EC or CF requirement during their growing cycle. A reading of up to 6.0 EC or 60 CF is available.

Big jobs require a big Truncheon! With a conductivity range right up to 6.0EC (60CF or 4200ppm), it will never leave you short. The Commercial Truncheon® Nutrient Meter has been designed for hydroponic crops that require a higher than normal EC or CF requirement during their growing cycle. Better crops start with the Bluelab Combo Meter, it's all you need for simple and reliable crop management and it's all within arms reach. It is a conductivity, pH and temperature meter all in one. It comes with a pH probe and conductivity/temperature probe, which are simply placed into the solution and the selected reading is displayed on screen.

As the Bluelab Combo Meter is portable and does not require a power supply to operate, it can be used anytime and anywhere to help you manage your crops daily nutrient requirements. Calibration of the pH is very easy, using the push buttons on the meter and fresh Bluelab calibration solutions. Conductivity and temperature do not need to be calibrated as this is locked in during manufacture.The Bluelab Combo Meter gives you the added benefit of being able to select the display options for C or F degrees and EC, CF or ppm 500.
